Welcome to the second episode of 2ned Magazine's program "The Amateur and the Expert Talk About". Today we are talking about training again, we are doing so because a wise man told us that if we were going to talk about training, it was important that we get several different perspectives, as it is very individual what works for people and which training theories people work from. So we have made a total of three episodes about training with three different approaches. Today we are starting number two in the series.
From now on, we will try to release a new episode every Monday in our podcast 2ned-Magasinet, so why not subscribe to the podcast so you don't miss anything? This week we are recording two new conversations. One about gravel and one about cycling experiences. You can look forward to that. Remember that you can help decide which topics we will talk about in "Amatøren og Eksperten taler om" by contacting us either via email: kontakt@2ned.dk , tel: 24273983 or via social media.

Today's episode
Back to today's episode. In this second episode of "The Amateur and the Expert Talk About" we visited Mads Frank at his premises in Odense to talk about training. Mads is an active ultra rider himself, and with two Danish championships in the 24-hour distance and several great performances internationally, he must be described as one of Denmark's very best ultra riders.
Mads is very theoretical, but conveys it in a way that is understandable even for an autodidact like me. Give it a listen, and remember that if you would like to try some of these training methods or intervals, we have compiled it all in a free e-book for you at: https://www.2ned.dk/pages/2ned-klubben-tilmelding
Enjoy.
