2ned Rides is an open cycling community where all levels are welcome – from beginners to experienced riders. These are social rides that are about sharing the joy of cycling, creating connections and enjoying the ride - and post-ride - together.

IN COLLABORATION WITH M&K RIDERS – EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY – REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 17:00 – FROM PADELBOXEN – FREE AND OPEN TO EVERYONE – JUST SHOW UP.
The four cities
This year we will be cycling regularly – at least once a week – from Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg and Copenhagen.
The start is in week 14 , and we will continue for at least six months.
- Aarhus: Every Monday at 5:00 PM from our showroom at Ravnsøvej 7, 8240 Risskov .
- Odense: In collaboration with PadelBoxen – every Wednesday at 5:00 PM from Tolderlundsvej 92, 5000 Odense .

THE 3 BASIC PRINCIPLES
SECURITY
A helmet is required and the bike must be in good condition.
Maximum 15 riders per group for better control and safety.
We basically drive 2 and 2 – never more.
Single line when it is safest to do (narrow roads, traffic, etc.).
Challenges along the way are clearly marked – both with hand signals and verbally.
We signal early and clearly when stopping and turning.
You never take the front of the group unless you know the route or have it on your bike computer.
We actively communicate in the group with passing or oncoming vehicles.
If you want to participate in a hill or sign sprint, drive up front early and make it clear.
NO DROP
We operate on an all-out-all-home principle.
We wait for each other and help ensure that everyone has a good trip.
We help with punctures and minor defects.
In the event of major defects, you are responsible for getting home yourself.
Hill and sign sprints can be run – by agreement in the group.
No sprints in the beginner groups – here we ride together the whole way.
We remember to reassemble the group after all sign or hill sprints.
We look out for each other and all actively contribute to the safety of the group.
LEVEL DIVISION
When the number of participants allows, we always try to divide into groups according to level, so that everyone gets a ride with equal riders.
In Aarhus, for example, we always operate with the following levels:
- Level 4: Beginner team – max 26 km/h average.
- Level 3: 27–29 km/h average.
- Level 2: 30–32 km/h average.
- Level 1: +32 km/h average.
In all level groups, the no drop principle still applies.
