Shipping & Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1–3 business days. Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method.
2ned ApS ships orders via PostNord and GLS, with the option of delivery to a parcel shop or directly to your home.
You will always receive a track & trace number so you can follow your order.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 60-day right of return on all items purchased from our webshop, unless otherwise specifically stated in your order. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
- The return period runs from the day on which you receive the item.
- You must use our dedicated return portal, which can be found at the bottom of our website, or via this link: Return Portal
If you exercise your right of return, we will refund the full purchase amount. If you choose a different return method, you must bear the cost yourself.
Condition of returned goods
You may try the item in the same way as if you were in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond this, you are liable for any decrease in its value. The condition of the returned item will be assessed by 2ned ApS.
Standard right of withdrawal statement
As a rule, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. At 2ned ApS, however, we extend this to 60 days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must provide us with an unambiguous declaration by e-mail. You may use the standard withdrawal form found in Annex 1 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, or simply contact us directly by e-mail at kontakt@2ned.dk
Digital Products
If you purchase digital products (such as downloads or online content), you consent to delivery beginning immediately. You also acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun.
Right of Complaint
You have a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects and faults that are not due to normal wear and tear or incorrect use.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. A complaint made within 2 months is always considered timely.
We cover reasonable return shipping costs in connection with complaints.
