Right of Withdrawal
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from 2ned, you have a 60-day right of return and exchange on all physical goods purchased on our website, unless otherwise specified in your order. The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Your 60-day free right of return starts when the item(s) is delivered. If you use your right of return, the entire amount paid will be refunded to your account. Additionally, 2ned also covers the return shipping cost if you use the return label included in your order.
If you wish to exercise your right of return, we must be notified by email no later than 60 days after delivery, and the item(s) must be received by us no later than 30 days after we have been informed of your activation of the right of return. Your email should be sent to us at kontakt@2ned.dk, and it is important that you clearly indicate your desire to use the right of return.
Right of Withdrawal regarding personal training
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of personal training, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you use your 14-day right of withdrawal, the full amount will be refunded to your account. Withdrawal is done via email to kontakt@2ned.dk, and it is important that you clearly indicate your desire to terminate your personal training program and provide the reason for this.
Condition of the Item upon Return Upon return, we expect to receive an item in the same condition as you received it. You are therefore liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a lesser amount or no refund of the purchase amount. It is up to 2ned ApS to assess the condition of the item.
