Orders & Delivery
When can I expect to receive my order?
We ship all orders from Denmark. You can usually expect delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch. For international orders, delivery takes 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs depend on your chosen delivery method, and you’ll always receive a track & trace number so you can follow your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries within Europe, and payments can be made in EUR.
If we don’t yet ship to your country, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet and you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to catch it before it leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Warranty
How do I return an item?
You have 60 days to return your item, as long as it’s in the same condition as when received.
(We offer extended returns for Christmas gifts until 1 March 2026.)

Can I exchange my item?
In our Return Portal, you can see all available options.
You can exchange for another style, exchange for a gift card (and receive 10% extra credit), or request a refund.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s completed.
I received a damaged or faulty item - what should I do?
If you’ve received a damaged item, please use our Return Portal, provided the product meets our return criteria.
If your return period has expired, you still have a 2-year warranty. Send us photos and a short description by email, and we’ll help you as quickly as possible.
Can I return discounted items?
Yes, unless stated otherwise on the product page or in your receipt.
If nothing is mentioned, your right of return is the same as for any other purchase.
I crashed – can I use your Crash Replacement?
Yes. We know that crashes and accidents are, unfortunately, part of cycling — and we want to make sure your kit isn’t an extra worry.
That’s why we offer Crash Replacement to all members of the 2ned Community.
You’ll receive 50% off the current selling price of the same model and size as your damaged item.
To be eligible:
- The kit must be less than 2 years old
- The damage must have occurred in a crash (not through misuse or normal wear and tear)
To claim, email us at kontakt@2ned.dk with:
- “Crash Replacement” in the subject line
- A photo of the care label
- A photo of the damage
- A brief description of the incident

Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Many of our products include a size guide with references to the model shown in the photos.
If your preferred product doesn’t include one, feel free to contact us - we’re always happy to help you find the right fit.
You can also visit our showroom and try on all our styles in person.
How should I wash my cycling kit?
Always wash your cycling kit at 30°, ideally with similar colours, to preserve both colour and quality.
Turn the garments inside out before washing and zip up all zippers to maintain the fit.
Avoid using fabric softener and let the garments air dry - it protects both the material and the shape.

Yes! We host social rides and events open to everyone — regardless of experience or level.
2ned Rides is an open cycling community that welcomes all riders, from beginners to the more experienced.
