Why 2ned

For us, cycling is more than just a sport, it is a space of freedom. A space of freedom from everyday meetings, emails, stress and rush. A space where you can clear your head. The bike became our friend when we both - two friends - were in a dark place in life. Free therapy hours. We fell in love with the country road and the gravel. We rediscovered our calm, self-confidence and joy. We discovered cycling, and started 2ned.

Freedom, not just performance

2ned is not a call to arms against good performance, we admire good performance, and know that competition will - and always should - be a part of cycling. But performance is not everything, sometimes the ride and feeling of freedom is enough in itself. You don't have to excuse a low wattage or a low average speed. You don't always have to be the best, the fastest and the strongest. Be yourself, enjoy the ride and turn off the bike computer. Just once in a while. Put everyday life on hold.

Sometimes you just pass them, other times you say hello, and every now and then the unknown rider might become your friend. How will you be perceived the next time you are the unknown rider?
