The gilet is made from a fabric sourced from the Italian company Pidigi, internationally known as Zerowind. As the name suggests, they specialize in creating technical fabrics that block the wind. The unique feature of Zerowind’s fabrics is their functionality, which ensures high breathability while maintaining windproof properties.
The Ukendt Wind Gilet is therefore a windproof vest with high breathability. This specific fabric incorporates a 4-way stretch, enhancing comfort and allowing for a close ergonomic fit. Additionally, the gilet has been treated with a water-repellent finish, making it resistant to light rain.
Easy access
The gilet features a 2-way YKK zipper, allowing you to unzip it from the bottom for easy and quick access to the pockets in your jersey.
Overall, the gilet is designed to fit into your pocket, making it easy to bring along on your rides. For this reason, the gilet also has no pockets.
Developed under fair working conditions
Ukendt Gilet is sewn at our Italian partner's BSCI-certified factory in Romania. The BSCI certification ensures that the employees who sew Ukendt products work under proper conditions that comply with human rights and fundamental labor rights.
